A flexible spending account can save you money.
And your FSA dashboard can save you time.
Talk about a win-win.
Here's how you can manage your flexible spending account online.
So, if you're new here, start by selecting this Sign In button.
Next, you'll want to tap Create Your Profile.
And since we want to make sure you are, well, you. You'll need to enter your last name, mailing address, ZIP code, your Social Security number or employee ID number and the last four digits of the number you entered.
Then you have the option to put your date of birth in if you'd like.
Once that's all set, click on Submit.
Now grab your PayFlex Card and enter the last eight digits of your card number right here. Then click Submit.
After this, you'll be asked to create your username and password and select security questions and answers.
Once your profile is set up, your home base is going to be your account dashboard, which is a snapshot of your account.
Here is where you can find your available funds, annual election funds and spent funds, as well as the last day to spend funds and last day to file claims.
Now onto the best part -- How to get your money.
On your account dashboard, just go to Account Actions. Select File a Claim. You'll be able to pay yourself back for an eligible out-of-pocket expense or pay your healthcare provider directly from your FSA.
If you don't exactly remember all the details, the View Account Details keeps track of all that.
You'll find your FSA transactions, which can include deposits, payments and card transactions, if you have a card.
Under Account Activity, you can verify your card purchases. In the Verify Card Purchase tile, we'll let you know if action is required. It's important to keep that card active.
There's also a handy To-Do List here where you can check off tasks after you review them.
From there, you can select Help & Support to find our contact info and even more resources.
If you want to set up your account notifications and how you can get them, or update your phone number, email address or security questions, just tap on Account Settings.
You can also link your bank account to your PayFlex account. Spoiler alert -- That'll help you get your funds even faster.
If you want to order a PayFlex Card for your spouse or dependent, you can do that right here.
If there's anything else you need help with, you can chat, email or call PayFlex
for personal assistance.
You can even share your computer screen with a Customer Service Representative so they can see what's going on and help you out.
